Gain essential skills and knowledge for jewellery ecommerce with our Jewellery Business – Selling Jewellery Online short course. This three-day programme will take you through how to sell jewellery online via both social media and online shop platforms.
Delivered online via Zoom, the course is split into three parts. You will first focus on reaching out to customers through social media, before learning how to build a selling platform on Shopify and integrating it with your social media channels. Finally, you will explore strategies for online sales, including email marketing via Mailchimp.
Social media and online shop platforms offer significant opportunities to jewellers to get your work out in the world. Knowing how to approach and deal with these tools is therefore a crucial skill for both upcoming and established jewellery businesses.

Entry requirements: No previous qualifications are required.
Students must be able to follow the course online. Access to Microsoft Office is required. Access to Photoshop or InDesign would be beneficial.
It is recommended that students sign up for a Shopify free two-week trial and a Mailchimp account prior to the course, and that students have their social channels already set up in order to integrate into Shopify during the course.
