Jewellery-Making Workshop Experience: Make a textured pendant 

BAJ’s Jewellery-Making Workshop Experience: Make A Textured Pendant is an exciting, hands-on taster session giving you the chance to try your hand at jewellery making and see what it would be like to study a jewellery diploma with us.

In just over an hour, you can test out jewellery manufacturing techniques as you make your copper pendant, and will also get a feel for the workshop environment. You will be able to try annealing with a jeweller’s blowtorch; forming, shaping, filing and cutting your metal pendant, and adding pattern and texture.

Our admissions team will also be on hand to answer your questions about studying for the diploma programme at BAJ.

On-campus Open Days

BAJ Open Days give you the opportunity to visit our site, meet current staff and students, and get a feel for what studying at the Academy is like. You will have a chance to speak to our admissions officers who will provide you with all the essential information about the upcoming courses, application process, funding options, and student life.

Open Day visitors will have the chance to get a tour of the beautiful campus and make a keyring or pendant in our workshop with one of our tutors.

All places on the Open Day must be pre-booked in advance.
