BAJ Staff consent form for the use of your image

At British Academy of Jewellery (BAJ), we appreciate the valuable contributions of our employees and recognise the importance of showcasing our talented team in our promotional materials, both digital and print. To facilitate this, we seek your consent to use your images, including photographs and/or videos, in various company media, such as our website, social media, or printed media, for promotional purposes. This form asks you to consent to the use of your image and/or video by BAJ. Your image/video shall be deemed to represent a fictional person unless agreed otherwise. Please note that our website and social media channels can be accessed from outside the United Kingdom. We will only use images/videos that identify you with your further, explicit consent to do so, and we will not use the images/videos for any purpose other than those mentioned above or as otherwise agreed.

By signing this release form, I hereby confirm that I grant BAJ the absolute right to reproduce, display and disseminate worldwide and in perpetuity, in any traditional or electronic media format, my likeness as shown in the photographs/films captured for the purposes given in this form. If I decide at any point that I no longer want my image/video to be used, I will submit a new response through this form to indicate my new preference. You may withdraw your consent at any time by resubmitting this form. If you withdraw your consent, we will not use your image in any new publications or materials and will delete your image from our records. However, your image may be retained on existing publications and materials where: a) we no longer have control and/or access to the promotional material used, e.g. printed materials that have already been distributed; b) it is not reasonable and proportionate in the circumstances for the publications or materials to be withdrawn.
