Press releases and brand packs are a fundamental part of building your brand and presenting it to both buyers and the press. Whether you’re just starting or looking to take your business to the next level, this course will equip you with the branding skills you need to stand out from the crowd.

Entry requirements

No previous qualifications are required.

Students must be able to follow the course online. Access to Microsoft PowerPoint, InDesign or Photoshop is essential.

Students should also prepare and bring a selection of photos of their work with which they can create a branding package.

What you will learn

This course will introduce you to a variety of ways in which to present, talk about and promote your work.

Over the course of three days, you will learn about:

  • Branding/brand association and image
  • Font typefaces and logos
  • Press releases
  • Reviewing lookbooks and other marketing materials, including imagery and collection descriptions
  • Compiling branding packages
