In this episode of the BAJ Podcast: Lockdown Series, BAJ meets coach Sally Leonard for a discussion about the do’s and don’ts of starting a business, mentoring and keeping motivated and positive.

A graduate of Central St Martins, Sally established her jewellery business Leonard of London in 2002, and was one of the first Fairtrade Gold licence holders in the world – she continues to design and produce high-end ethical bespoke pieces. She has been working as a business consultant for over 15 years, supporting and mentoring jewellery businesses of all ages, and as a member of various groups representing and supporting the local trade. She has collaborated with a number of organisations including London College of Fashion, Centa Business Services and in September 2018 she became the Goldsmiths’ Centre’s Business Development Tutor for the Setting Out programme, through her consultancy business, Pendeloque Consulting (www.pendeloque.consulting).
