Naomi has over 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer care, and prior qualifications in beaded jewellery making. In her current role with BAJ as Learner Services & Recruitment Lead she plays a pivotal role in providing information on the full range of courses, guidance in funding support, admissions services, advice on next steps and progression into industry roles. 

Naomi is there guiding applicants step by step through the full enrolment process and also supporting them once they become learners. In addition, she is also involved in overseeing campus open days, campus tours, employer engagement and client relations, attending external school and college careers visits, and arranging school activity sessions held onsite.

As a creative at heart with a fondness for painting, writing and craftwork Naomi is very passionate about her role and ensuring she supports applicants to fulfil their goals in starting their Jewellery journey with BAJ.
