Aarti is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in higher education and student services. With a strong foundation in business management and a commitment to fostering effective learning environments, she has excelled in various academic roles, including as a lecturer and academic administrator. Currently serving as a Lecturer at the British Academy of Jewellery in Birmingham, Aarti is dedicated to teaching Level 3 Diploma in Business, Business Management, and Marketing.

Aarti began her academic career at Kamla Nehru College in India, where she taught degree-level courses in Business Management. During this time, she focused on ensuring teaching designs adhered to educational standards and built strong relationships with students to provide personalised feedback and discussions. Her commitment to educational excellence and passion for teaching led her to further opportunities in higher education in the UK.

At Leeds Trinity University, she expanded her expertise by teaching Level 3 and 4 students through lectures and online classes. She supported other lecturers in academic work, developed assignment briefs, marked assignments and exams, and monitored student progress. As an Academic Administrator, she guided and supported Level 5 and Level 6 students with their assignments, maintained up-to-date data on student submissions, and provided personal tutoring to promote personal development.

With a Master of Commerce in Business and Finance from Guru Nanak Dev University, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her teaching. Her academic qualifications include specialisation in customer behaviour, marketing and human resources management, management accounting and auditing, banking theory and practice, financial accounting, and management principles and organisational behaviour.
